Scope of application

The LY-800WC series is a floor standing luxury external vacuum inflation packaging machine. The machine adopts a baked paint spray coating shell, a chamber free air nozzle structure, a stainless steel worktable that can be adjusted up and down, and silent movable casters (no dust shedding, suitable for dust-free workshops) that can move the equipment freely. It is particularly suitable for packaging various electronic, optoelectronic, circuit board, and hardware products to prevent moisture, oxidation, rust, and impact; High power vacuum pumps can be customized for vacuum packaging of cotton and wool products such as fabrics, quilts, and pillows to compress packaging volume and save logistics costs;

Control system

Adopting imported brand PLC and Chinese interface touch screen, optional temperature module, all settings can be directly set on the touch screen, and the screen can monitor the heating temperature in real time and display the workflow; I/O points can be checked for easy maintenance; The system has the advantages of accurate control (time control accurate to 0.01s), strong anti-interference ability, good stability, and error operation alarm. The pumping part adopts a low-noise oil vacuum pump (optional oil-free vacuum pump), and the sealing adopts dual cylinders to ensure higher pressure and smoother sealing;

Hand/automatic function

Automatic second step: Pre programmed with the required technical parameters for packaging materials, the first step determines whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and the bag opening, and the second step automatically completes the entire packaging process according to the program, doubling the packaging speed;
Manually step on three feet: Step on the first foot to confirm whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and at the bag opening. Step on the second foot and the machine will start vacuuming. After visually observing that the product vacuum level meets the requirements, step on the third foot and the machine will start executing the program, automatically completing the entire packaging process;

Mode selection

Multiple modes such as vacuum packaging and sealed bag making can be selected separately according to packaging needs, reducing the wear and tear of some components and extending the service life of the machine;
1. Vacuum mode: Vacuum sealing
2. Sealing mode: Separate sealing
Optional triple protection for the heating section and installation structure for the heating element of the new patented equipment:
1. The heating part is controlled by a contactless solid-state relay to prevent the relay contacts from being unable to disconnect due to excessive current. To avoid interference or improper parameter settings that may cause the heating temperature to be too high, the control part has a parameter upper limit (2.5S) function set in the software;
2. To solve the problem of continuous heating of the heating transformer caused by software loss of control, a precision time relay (2S) is also configured as a secondary protection to ensure that the heating time will not cause misoperation or artificially set too high a heat sealing time due to interference;
3. Configure temperature monitoring and control devices to monitor the sealing temperature at both ends of the heating element in real time. When the set temperature is reached, quickly cut off the power supply of the heating transformer and issue an alarm prompt to ensure that the heating power supply cannot be cut off to continue heating due to damage to the solid-state relay or secondary time relay, resulting in the phenomenon of the equipment heating transformer continuing to heat.
4. The new heating element installation structure (patented product) does not require strict limitation on the length of the heating element. The heating element is clamped by two long copper blocks for easy replacement, and a spring is installed at the bottom to solve the thermal expansion and contraction function of the heating element. The copper block is insulated with Teflon, which can withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees.
